You can apply in person, pre-register before visiting or register through the My Genting App, with a physical Rewards Card available for collection in casino. New members enter the Red Scheme when they join.

Our current My Genting Rewards structure includes Red, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Platinum Schemes. Membership of schemes above Red is by invitation and may be reviewed according to our assessment of activity, while a separate Black Scheme also exists on an invitation-only basis under separate arrangements. Genting Casinos VIP therefore develops around your relationship with us rather than a fixed package that every member automatically receives. Scheme membership, benefits and qualification arrangements may be reviewed over time.

Reward Points can be earned through eligible slots, electronic gaming machines and tracked live table play when your Rewards Card is presented or inserted correctly. Points do not accrue from food and drink purchases, although points earned from gaming can be redeemed against eligible food, drink and gaming in our casinos. A Reward Point currently has a notional value of one penny and cannot be exchanged directly for cash. Points are generally valid for twelve months from accrual and must be used within their validity period.

The My Genting App adds digital tools to the programme. Members can track their points and balance, view eligible offers, see events at their local casino, receive messages, complete badges and challenges and manage selected account details. The app can also support e-cash functions for eligible users and participating locations. App features, promotions and redemption opportunities operate under their applicable terms and may change.

Additional My Genting benefits can include a discount on drinks, complimentary tea, coffee and draught soft drinks while gaming, and access to eligible member offers when the relevant conditions are met. Promotions and invitations are not permanent entitlements and may apply only to certain schemes, customers, dates or casinos.
